**Two West Shore High Students Selected as U.S. Presidential Scholar Nominees**

Brevard Public Schools has announced that two seniors, Edrees Saleem and Beau Couture of West Shore High School, have been selected as nominees for the prestigious 2024-2025 U.S. Presidential Scholar Academic Award.

Both students achieved the remarkable distinction of earning perfect scores on the SAT and ACT exams. This accomplishment places them among the highest-performing students in the nation.

Edrees and Beau join Maggie Shunnarah, a senior from Cocoa Beach High School, who was previously named as a district-level nominee. Together, these three students are representing Brevard Public Schools as candidates in this esteemed academic competition.

State-level selections for the U.S. Presidential Scholars Program will be announced in the near future.
